LOCATION: Ft. Worth, Texas FACILITY: 425+ Bed Acute Care hospital SALARY: $66K - $86K + possible RELO
DESCRIPTION: Responsible for timely and accurate salary analysis, documentation, support, and administration of various pay program.
Deliver consulting and training to management on compensation programs, as well as legal issues surrounding compensation.
Provide staff compensation support, and guidance to HR staff.
Required to conduct job task analysis and job shadowing projects which will include shadowing clinical and non-clinical staff.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Five years in compensation administration
Healthcare experience preferred
CCP/SHRM/HRCI preferred
