LOCATION: Lake Worth, FL
FACILITY: 400+ bed Acute Care Hospital
SALARY: $77.4K - $111.9K - SIGN ON(case by case)
DESCRIPTION:
32-36 Beds
Managers report to the DON,  Unit has CNC's to assist with leadership duties

• Coordinates nursing services and accepts organizational accountability for services provided 24/7.
• The CNM Provides leadership and supervision of personnel including fostering a climate conducive to learning and development.
• Assumes responsibility for staffing and scheduling with appropriate utilization of personnel.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YRS OF CHARGE NURSE/CNC/NURSE MGR EXP. IN AN ACUTE CARE SETTING
• Current Florida license as Registered Nurse or Recognized Compact Licensure
• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 30
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days
