CNO-SURGICAL HOSPITAL-RN, 5YRS EXP REQ
LOCATION: Central Valley, CA
SALARY; $150K - $210K + RELO
DESCRIPTION

• Looking for a Surgical Services or Acute Services Service line Directors for this role or a similar CNO background.
• The ideal candidate for this role will either have Surgical Services Hospital Management experience.
   

Performance Improvement and Quality of Service

• Identifies opportunities for process improvement
• Develops and tracks key outcomes to measure performance
• Assure regulatory compliance with Joint Commission, federal and state regulatory agencies

Financial Management

• Maintain department budget for capital, expenses and revenues
• Monitors and explains variances
• Identifies and implements ways to decrease costs and improve productivity

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education with a plan to obtain a high level of degree.
• Current California Registered Nursing License.
• Master’s degree in healthcare management or nursing preferred.
• ACLS Certificate preferred
• BLS Certificate
• Minimum five (5) years of prior experience in patient care service
• Three years of quality management experience preferred
