SALARY: $105K - $125K +RELO (case-by-case)
DESCRIPTION:
Provide leadership for planning, management, implementation, integration and coordination of the unit in support of facility goals dedicated to excellence, effective leadership, and financial stability. Director reports to an ACNO and then to a CNO
- Oversight over a 42 bed Med/Surg unit
- 57 FTEs (Director, Manager, 4 CNCs or Clinical Nurse Coordinators, RNs, LPNs, and PCTs)
