DESCRIPTION:
8-9 FT FTE’s, some PT and PRN.
- Working DON so needs to be able to be in the OR and give breaks/lunches when needed.
- Oversees ORs, Pre/Post, SPD (Adults and Peds)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- CA RN LICENSE REQUIRED
- Open to Manager looking to step up and grow
- Prefer OR experience but open to PACU/Preop experienced leader
- Would love someone with Peds experience but no longer a requirement.
- Need someone with a thick skin and who can get the OR nurses in line (definite issues with the current staff)
