- 5 OR's and 2 Treatment Rooms.
- Specialty areas of: ENT, General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Pain, Plastics, Podiatry and Spine.
- TN or Compact state RN License
- ASC leadership experience or OR leadership experience in a hospital setting.
- Orthopedics experience is highly preferred.
