FACILITY: 25 bed Critical Access Hospital
SALARY: $104K - $125K + $5K SIGNON, $5K RELO
DESCRIPTION:

This role will provide supervisory and technical guidance to staff working in the Medical - Surgical and ICU units. Call is an expected part of the position.
Ensure proper staffing levels in the respective units, while ensuring quality care through the leadership and mentoring you provide to staff members.
Opportunity to work on cross-function teams and projects related to patient care, quality, infection control, accreditation readiness, and other service lines within the hospital.

Education and Experience:
- Associate level degree in Nursing (Required); Bachelor’s degree Preferred
- New Mexico or compact state Nursing License; (Required)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (Required) TNCC, ENPC & NRP; Preferred.
- Five years minimum clinical experience, (Required)
- Two years management/supervisory experience, Preferred.
- This position requires the ability to take call.
