FACILITY: 85+ bed acute care
REPORTS TO: CNO
SALARY: $96K - $143K + SIGNON + RELO + BONUS
DESCRIPTION:
The Director, Quality and Process Improvement is responsible for oversight of all quality initiatives to include monitoring quality metrics at the unit level. Will be scheduled based on operational need, which may include but is not limited to: holidays, extended shifts, night and/or weekend shifts, standby and/or on-call.

DESCRIPTION:

- Oversees regulatory readiness through assessment and implementation of measures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Evaluates the overall care of patients by identifying opportunities for improvement in patient care practice.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration required. Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration preferred.
- Current VA or compact state RN
- 5 years experience in Acute Care setting.
- 1 year of Leadership experience required.
- 5+ years Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- 1 year of Project Management or Quality Improvement experience.
